The living room of this detached villa has a dining area and sitting area with wood stove, cable TV and audio set. There is a spacious hall with toilet. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle and toaster. In the storage room there is a washing machine and a dryer. On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a private bathroom with shower and sink. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and sink, separate toilet and a sauna. The villas are energy efficient and are heated with a heat pump. This luxurious villa has a spacious garden with a south-facing terrace. Garden furniture is available. There are synthetic duvets on the beds.

Location

The small-scale Holiday Park So What is located on the edge of the forest and dunes of the National Park Dunes of Texel. The extensive North Sea beach is approximately 1.3 kilometres away and can be easily reached by bike or on foot. There are beautiful cycling and walking routes through the nature reserve, which covers the entire west coast of Texel. In the immediate vicinity you will find a restaurant and various museums. The bus stop is practically on the doorstep of the park. The seaside resort of De Koog is approximately 3.5 kilometres away. The largest village on Texel, Den Burg, is just over 4 kilometres away. Both villages have plenty of shops, restaurants and terraces.

Das Haus war super die Lage auch. Ich bin jetzt 49 und fahre seit meiner Geburt mehrfach im Jahr nach Texel. Mir ist im Laufe der letzten Jahr aufgefallen das die Preise stark anziehen mir ist klar das alles teurer wird jedoch finde ich Wochenmieten von mehr als 2000 Euro fragwürdig. Ich fand das unkomplizierte und lässige auf Texel stets toll. Es wäre schade wenn das verloren gehen würde. Wenn ich Schickimicki haben wollen würde wäre mein Reiseziel Sylt. Mir ist klar das das jetzt nicht zur Hausbewertung gehört aber vielleicht liest es ja jemand der mit an der touristischen Weichenstellung von Texel beteiligt ist. Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
