Entrance, spacious living room with dining area, sitting area, TV (with multimedia apps such as Netflix) and a wood-burning stove. Spacious, open kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, induction hob and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms. One Bedroom with a king-size box spring. The second bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds (these can also be put together). Both bedrooms have a smart TV. Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Screened garden with several terraces and garden furniture.

The dune and forest area on the west side of Texel is a special nature area. This 'National Park Dunes' of Texel is unique because of the varied nature and the proximity of the beach and sea. The Boogaloo holiday home is located on the edge of the Dunes of Texel, less than 5 minutes by bike from the wide North Sea beach. The green surroundings around this detached house invite you to go hiking or cycling. The seaside resort of De Koog is about 3 kilometers away. In the cozy village center you will find plenty of shops, terraces, cafes and restaurants.

Sehr schönes Haus mit eingezäuntem Grundstück, schönen Sitzecken, gzte Ausstattung.

Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichteter und sehr gepflegter Bungalow mit schönem, vollständig von Pflanzen eingefasstem und abgeschlossenem Garten mit vielen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Lediglich das Sofa im Wohnbereich ist furchtbar durchgesessen. Sieht gut aus, ist aber nicht gut zum Sitzen oder Liegen. Man sitzt quasi "auf dem Boden".
