Spacious house with lovely garden on the south near De Koog

The living room features a comfortable sitting area with a TV, radio, and DVD player, as well as a spacious dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, combination microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine. There is a bedroom with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet. A washing machine is located in the storage room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The large natural garden (approx. 1800 m²) offers plenty of privacy and unobstructed views. French doors in the living room lead to the spacious, south-facing terrace. In the garden, you'll find a picnic table nestled among the greenery and a fire pit with benches (please bring your own wood).

Detached holiday home Het Boshuis is located on the small-scale holiday park Het Oude Dijkje (8 houses), on the edge of forest and meadow. The house is situated in a green setting close to the Waalenburg bird and nature reserves, including the De Marel visitor center and De Muy, the beach, and the De Koog dunes. Adjacent to the park is the beautiful Waalenburgerdijkje cycle path, which winds along the old dike around the Waalenburg polder. By bike, you can reach the center of De Koog in 7 minutes, the beach in 20 minutes, and the Calluna subtropical swimming pool in 6 minutes.

Een prachtig huis.

Het huis is prachtig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Hele mooie ligging. Een nadeel is, dat het gehorig is. De vloer tussen de boven en beneden verdieping is dun. Maar de totale indruk is geweldig mooi.

Mooi en compleet huis. In de keuken laatjes vond je echt vanalles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. De enige opmerking is dat de woonkamer voor 6 personen wat krap is. Je zit niet gauw met z'n 3en op de bank.
