The entrance of Villa Effe Here is adjacent to the utility room. The living room has a sitting area with fireplace and TV, and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, 2 combi microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Quooker, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. There is a bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds (210 long). The adjoining bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also an additional separate toilet. On the top floor are three bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds (210 long). There is a second bathroom with bath, steam shower, sink and toilet. The third bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Villa Effe Hier has a spacious dune garden with a large terrace. Garden furniture and barbecue available.

Bungalow park 't Hoogelandt is quietly situated on the edge of the National Park Dunes of Texel, on the west side. This nature reserve covers the entire dune area of Texel including the forest. The bungalow park borders the forest area. Beautiful cycling and walking paths run through the National Park. Within 5 minutes you are by bike at the extensive North Sea beach. Seaside resort De Koog is 3 kilometers away and the largest village of Texel, Den Burg, can be found about 4.5 kilometers away. Both have a cozy center with shops, restaurants and terraces. There are several sights in the immediate vicinity, such as the Ecomare and Flora museums.

prima plek om eens lekker uit te rusten

het huis is lekker ruim met alle mogelijke voorzieningen. de tuin heerlijk en een rustige plek met het strand op korte afstend.

.Die ganze Bungalowanlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Das Örtchen de Koog ist in ein paar Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und alle Zimmer sind geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Vom grossen TV über den Gaskamin bis zur perfekt ausgestatteten Küche in der wir nichts vermißt haben. Die Bäder und WC's runden diesen guten Eindruck weiterhin ab. Der Aussenbereich mit Terrasse und ausreichend Platz, Sitzgarnitur, Hängematte und Grill machen die Villa Effe dann zur Empfehlung!!!
