Entrance via the terrace and the living room with open kitchen. Here you have a dining area, seating area and a smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The downstairs bedroom has two single box-spring beds. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. On the top floor there is a second bedroom for two people. There is garden furniture on the terrace and in the garden next to the house there is a picnic table and a cozy fire pit with a view over the fields.

This detached holiday home is quietly located on private grounds, just outside De Cocksdorp. With two houses you share the communal garden that offers a view over the countryside. Directly opposite your holiday home are the nature reserves De Roggesloot and Dorpzicht, along which the LAW-path Noord-Hollandpad also runs. IJsboerderij Labora (Ice cream farm) is 250 meters away. At 1.5 kilometers you will find the center of De Cocksdorp, with various restaurants, a supermarket and bicycle rental. With 15 minutes cycling you are at the beach and the lighthouse. Golf course De Texelse is less than 2 kilometers away.

Heerlijk comfortabel en licht huis met veel buitenruimte. Lekker dicht bij de Cocksdorp, de vuurtoren en het wad.

Dit huisje kan ik zeker aanbevelen: rustig gelegen, comfortabel ingericht en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Mooie locatie in natuur- en landbouwgebied, vanwege de grote ramen veel vogels kunnen bekijken in de tuin en ‘s avonds de sterrenhemel. Huisje is comfortabel en modern ingericht.
