Entrance via the spacious veranda. Living room/kitchen with underfloor heating, sitting area, dining area and smart TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine. The downstairs bedroom has two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. On the top floor there are two bedrooms for two people each. One of these rooms can be reached via a walkway above the living room. The veranda has a lounge area. In the shared garden there is a picnic table and a cozy fire pit with a view over the fields.

This detached holiday home is quietly located on private grounds, just outside De Cocksdorp. With two houses you share the communal garden that offers a view over the countryside. Directly opposite your holiday home are the nature reserves De Roggesloot and Dorpzicht, along which the LAW-path Noord-Hollandpad also runs. IJsboerderij Labora (Ice cream farm) is 250 meters away. At 1.5 kilometers you will find the center of De Cocksdorp, with various restaurants, a supermarket and bicycle rental. With 15 minutes cycling you are at the beach and the lighthouse. Golf course De Texelse is less than 2 kilometers away.
