The house features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, two highchairs, a washing machine, and a dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is also cable TV, a DVD player, and a CD stereo. The house has an enclosed garden, terrace, and private parking. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please note: The ground-floor bathroom will be renovated after the New Year in January and February 2026. From then on, it will be equipped with a bath, shower, and double sink. The toilet downstairs is separate.
