There is a bathroom on the ground floor with a bath, shower, and two sinks. There is a separate toilet downstairs, and an additional toilet is located on the first floor. The house includes a fireplace, Wi-Fi, two highchairs, a washing machine, and a dryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is also cable TV, a DVD player, and a CD player. The house has an enclosed garden, terrace, and private parking. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Please note: The ground-floor bathroom will be renovated in January and February 2026. From then on, it will be equipped with a bath, shower, and sink. The downstairs toilet is separate.
