The living room has a sitting area with gas fireplace (temporarily out of use), TV, audio. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and washing machine. There is a toilet on the ground floor. On the top floor there are three bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. All bedrooms have a TV. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, sink and toilet. The detached holiday home Villa Magnifique is located on a main road from Den Burg to Oudeschild, at the foot of the protected Hoge Berg area. Here you can enjoy a view over farmlands with characteristic Texel tuunwallen and sheep. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails run through this rolling landscape. A must is the Skillepaadje, between the Hoge Berg and the fishing village Oudeschild. The path takes you past the municipal monument De Wezenputten. The Zelfpluktuin and the Texel Beer Brewery are a few hundred meters from your holiday home. Den Burg is 1.5 kilometers from Villa Magnifique. In the center you can enjoy shopping and there are restaurants and terraces.
