There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a double box-spring bed. The other bedroom has 2 single box spring beds. There is also a washbasin. You can use one of the detached terraces in the lovely garden of the farm.

Location
The authentic farmhouse Vogelensangh is located on the edge of the center of Den Burg, the largest village of Texel. Here you will find a wide range of shops, restaurants and terraces, a cinema and museum. In the vicinity you will find nature reserve De Hoge Berg and bird sanctuary Waal en Burg. The North Sea beach is about 6 kilometers away and is easily accessible by bike. The Duinen van Texel National Park is located along the entire west coast, with a protected forest and dune area through which beautiful cycling and walking routes run. Due to its central location on the island, Den Burg is a great starting point for your trips across Texel.

There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Bed linen is included. A washing machine is available for general use. You can also use the communal (lockable) bicycle shed where you can also charge your electric bicycle. This is a ‘ZoTexels’ accommodation. Apartment De Koolmees does not have its own terrace. You can use one of the terraces in the shared garden. Young people under the age of 18 are welcome if their parents are present for the entire period. Upon arrival you will receive an exemption to park your car at parking lot P6 (Vogelzang) during your stay. This facility is right behind this holiday home. You may not stand here for longer than 2 hours without a permit. The exemption only applies in combination with a valid parking vignette, which can be purchased via www.texelvignet.nl. There you will also find more information about parking on Texel. If you book a cot, you must bring your own bed linen.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
