Your detached holiday home is in a rural location, on the edge of the polder and nature reserve Waalenburg. This is central to the island. Cycling and walking paths run through the old polder. The beautiful bike path the Waalenburgerdijkje starts a few hundred meters from your holiday home. This cycle path takes you from De Koog, over an old dike around the polder, to Den Burg. The pleasant village center of the seaside resort of De Koog is 3 kilometers away. Here you will find nice shops, restaurants, bicycle rental and supermarkets. The wide North Sea beach is a 10-minute bike ride away. Nature reserves De Nederlanden and De Muy are in the vicinity.

Saubere und moderne Unterkunft, schön gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten vorher etwas Sorge wegen der direkten Lage an der Hauptstraße, die hat aber gar nicht gestört. Dank des eingezäunten Gartens konnte sich auch der Hund frei bewegen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles! =)

De accommodatie lag erg gunstig aan de rand vd koog. Met een moderne inrichting en fijne sfeer kan ik deze bungalow aanraden voor iedereen. De lijntjes met de gastheer waren kort bij vragen en werden gelijk beantwoord. Al met al een super vakantie gehad.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
