Coffee with a book!
Every first Friday of the month, adults are welcome to come to the library at 10.30 a.m. to listen to a great story over a cup of coffee. An employee from the library is looking for a nice story to read. It is fun and enjoyable to listen to it together. The content of the story read aloud often gives cause to talk about it further or to reminisce together. participation is free. Registration is not necessary. Start time: 10.30 am.

There is a public library on Texel. This is located in Den Burg. Facilities You can use various facilities at the library on Texel. For example, wifi, computers, printing and/or copying facilities for a small fee, work/study places and there is a reading table. For tourists Tourists can borrow books and other materials with the holiday pass. This pass is valid for 4 weeks and you can borrow 10 books at a time. How nice is that! So you don't have to carry your books in your suitcase. You must bring your ID with you when registering.
