From 2 persons Dries gives the ice bath training at Wilhelminalaan 11, Den Burg or on the beach near Surfschool Foamball at paal 19, Ruijslaan 44, De Koog. For larger groups, he gives the training at your home. Dries will contact you for the exact location. Times: a training is possible on Monday to Saturday between 10 am - 7 pm. And on Sundays between 12/ noon - 5 pm. The training lasts approximately 2 hours. Costs: € 75 per person. A group (of max. 20 people) € 500.
