'BUTE' at De Bonte Belevenis
Saturday, May 16, 2026 Are you coming to BUTE? Lions Club Texel presents the fifth edition of BUTE (Texel for "outdoors") on the grounds of the De Bonte Belevenis Estate near Den Hoorn. This fair features various (children's) activities, including the traditional Lions' Auction, music, performances, and food and drinks. The net proceeds from the auction, stall rental, and food and drinks will benefit charities on Texel. Times: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

De Bonte Belevenis Estate can be found on the edge of the dunes, just outside Den Hoorn. In the store you will find handmade and home-made products, such as whiskey, beers, candles, soap, candies and more! Guided tours A visit to the Bonte Belevenis is not complete without a tour of the beer brewery and distillery. During the tour there is the opportunity to taste whiskey and beer. You must book the tour in advance. Enjoy something tasty In the tea room you can try the various delicacies that employees of the Bonte Belevenis make, while enjoying a nice cup of tea, coffee or soft drink.
