Discover the Hoge Berg nature reserve with a covered wagon tour! Coachman Martin has lived here almost all his life, since 1959 he has known this unique area. During the 2.5-hour trip, you drive over one of the most beautiful parts of Texel, the Hoge Berg. This authentic tour goes along old farms, beautiful country roads and through sheep herds. You come to pieces of nature where you are normally not allowed to go, with the most beautiful views and views! There will be a stop along the way for coffee/tea with something sweet. Martin grew up among horses. There was no tractor back then and all the work was done with horses. (previously called Kikkertsparadise) has been breeding fjord horses since 1959 and nowadays they occasionally have foals. In addition, Martin and Ellen have a sheep farm and can tell a lot about it.
