Mindfulness at Surf Center Paal 9
Experience the peace and power of the Texel coast during the Sea Sessions by Zee Cultuur. At Surf Center Paal 9, you can participate in various activities on the beach, such as guided meditations, Pilates, and other mindfulness sessions. Nature provides the backdrop for relaxing, moving, and consciously pausing to be present in the moment. The Sea Sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced participants. Children aged 12 and up can also join in. View the current summer program and reserve your spot via the Zee Cultuur website. Is a session already taking place on the beach? Surf Center Paal 9 is located on the southernmost beach of Texel. Would you like to learn to surf or are you already able to do it? Surf lesson What could be more fun than learning the secrets of golf. Surfcenter Paal 9 offers different ways to get started with your surfboard. For children from 6 to 14 there is the junior surf club. You can surf or learn to paddle a wave. If you are looking for more spectacle, kitesurfing might be for you. This is also possible at Surf Center Paal 9. Rent equipment Can you already surf, but do you not (yet) bring your own board with you? No problem, at Surf Center Paal 9 you can rent equipment.
