Workshop Making tea from nature
Would you like to make tea from herbs from nature on Texel? During this workshop it is possible! Many herbs from nature and the ornamental garden are edible and good to use for a tasty and healthy tea. Conradine de Reus takes you into the field. In the natural garden you can pick your own herbs for your tea. Then you prepare the herbs for drying and you can compose a tea from Conradine's stock to take with you. Registration is necessary. A tailor-made program can also be made for groups between 8 and 20 people. Please note: there is a minimum number of participants for this activity. If there are too few participants, you will hear in advance whether the activity can take place. Times: from May to mid-October every Thursday and Saturday from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. Location
The activity takes place at Natuur Goed at Koningsweg 4, 1794 HN Oosterend. There is limited space on the site for parking cars along the access road. Walk past the barn, the entrance is on the side in the midfield.

Nature Goed in Oosterend is the edible nature garden of Texel. Garden On the edge of Oosterend, Siem and Conradine are developing an edible garden. Surprisingly many edible plants, berries and nuts grow on the 1 ha site. They create edible nature, inspired by the currents of permaculture, food forests and garden and landscaping. The themes of water, heat and bee and butterfly-friendly are important in this regard. They are happy to take you through the garden to inspire you and to share the knowledge they have collected over the past 30 years. You can contact them for garden advice. Are you curious about how you can garden with nature at home? Then come by or make an appointment at Natuur Goed. Workshops Siem and Conradine also offer workshops and courses in the visiting garden. The workshops are aimed at combining educational and outdoor activities. It is also possible to make tea with herbs from the garden or a delicious lunch.
