Discover the stories behind the stuff in the Antiquity Room! Every Thursday in October there are guided tours through the museum De Oudheidkamer in Den Burg. The guide takes a maximum of 10 visitors through the beautifully decorated house and garden. The house in which the Oudheidkamer is located, dates from 1599. It is one of the oldest houses on Texel. The small museum houses many beautiful items with fascinating stories. Together with the guide, the visitors step back in time. The guide tells about the historic house, the beautiful herb garden and the beautiful objects. During this tour, the stories and the objects come to life. The tour guide is happy to share these stories with the visitors. Times: the tours start at 10.00 am and 2.00 pm.
