A more than 2-hour tour in a luxury coach, passing more than 20 beautiful destinations on Texel. You will receive explanations in images and sounds during the ride. At every location you will see an interesting video and a look behind the scenes! Ideal for those who came to the island by public transport or bicycle, or for those who have difficulty walking. The bus can accommodate a maximum of 50 people. Please note: there is a minimum number of participants for this tour. If there are too few participants, you will be told in advance whether the ride can take place. Times: see calendar below for current days and times. Location
All tours start from the bus stop at the Town Hall on Emmalaan in Den Burg. - By car? Navigate to Emmalaan 15, 1791 AT in Den Burg. There is sufficient parking space in the parking lot. A parking rate of €2.50 per hour applies here. We would like to point out the Texel E-Vignette, which allows you to park anywhere on Texel without any worries. - By public transport? You can use the Texelhopper from all stops on Texel. The destination stop is 'Municipal Hall, Den Burg (14-11)'. You can book a trip via the Texelhopper website. - By bike? There are sufficient facilities at the car park to store your bicycle.
Important to know
If there are too few participants, you will be told in advance whether the tour can take place. The tour is not suitable for taking pets. Unfortunately, the bus is not equipped for wheelchair users. There will be no stops during the tour. A toilet is available on the bus.
