April through September 2026 Discover Texel’s diverse art offerings during ‘Kunst op Texel 2026’. This year, the Texel CultuurEiland Foundation is once again organizing special art routes past galleries, exhibition spaces, home studios, and other surprising art locations spread across the island. This allows you to get acquainted with the great diversity of art on Texel in an accessible way. During this period, approximately 30 different locations can be visited. The routes are clearly laid out and easy to explore by bicycle. Each route has a fixed day of the week: Den Burg on Wednesday, Den Hoorn on Thursday, Hoge Berg and Oudeschild on Saturday, and Oosterend, Oost, Eierland, and the north on Sunday. The participating locations are open on their fixed route day, but the period and opening hours vary by location.
