Go on the mudflats together with Wadden expert Marcel from Txgids! Get to know this wild landscape of Texel, which is World Heritage for a reason. Everything is covered: birds, shellfish, mudflats, crabs, shrimps, algae and much more. Of course there is also active fishing to see what lives in the mudflats. With respect for nature, Txgids will show you the way and in the meantime you will make a memory that you will never forget. Please note: there is a minimum number of participants for this excursion. In the event of too few participants or bad weather, you will be informed at least 1 hour in advance whether the excursion can take place. Dogs are not allowed. Close high boots, sturdy lace-up shoes (no velcro) or water shoes are required and clothing can get dirty. It is possible to participate from the age of nine. Unfortunately, children in a buggy or baby carrier are not allowed. Furthermore, a reasonable condition is required. Start times: depending on the tide, sunrise and sunset.
