Vegetable fermentation is in. And not without reason! Fermented vegetables are surprisingly delicious and do wonders for your health. It strengthens your immune system, improves your digestion and your gut benefits as well. During this workshop they will explain the intricacies of fermenting vegetables. And of course, you'll also make your own fermentation to take home. Dates and times: 12 November 2022, 1 -3 pm: Fermenting vegetables for the holidays. 13 December 2022, 3 -7 pm: Festive Fermentation. Cost: € 15,00 per person.
