Saturday, February 3, 2024 The National Read Aloud Days will conclude with Read Aloud Fun. (Grand) parents with toddlers are welcome at the library at 10.30 to come and listen to the Picture Book of the Year. Afterwards there will be small activities where your toddler is introduced to books in a playful way and afterwards the children will receive a coloring page to take home. Time: 10:30 - 11:30 am. Admission is free, but please register at www.kopgroepbibliotheken.nl or at the front desk.

There is a public library on Texel. This is located in Den Burg. Facilities You can use various facilities at the library on Texel. For example, wifi, computers, printing and/or copying facilities for a small fee, work/study places and there is a reading table. For tourists Tourists can borrow books and other materials with the holiday pass. This pass is valid for 4 weeks and you can borrow 10 books at a time. How nice is that! So you don't have to carry your books in your suitcase. You must bring your ID with you when registering.
