Wezenspyk cheese farm has been making delicious Texel cheese for over 35 years. Cheese farmer Anton Witte has started making the classic Texel farmer's cheese. The range was later expanded with the famous Texel sheep cheese and the delicious goat cheese. The cheeses regularly win awards. In March 2018, our Texel beer cheese won the Cumlaude Awards. Experience farm life Follow the landscape path to the Sheep Museum and learn everything about Texel sheep farming and the history of Texel. Take a look at traditional cheese making, taste the taste of our cheeses in the farm shop and enjoy a cup of coffee, cheese platter or cheese fondue in the Cheese Café. Opening hours Wezenspyk cheese farm is open fromMonday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and onSunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This also applies to the Sheep Museum. On Mondays we are also at the market in Den Burg from 8 am to 1 pm.
