The southernmost pavilion is located near Den Hoorn and is Strandpaviljoen Paal 9. Here you will find a year-round modern pavilion, with comfortable seating and large lounge sofas on the terrace. Local products A lot of Texel products are used in the kitchen. The ice cream comes from Novalishoeve, the cheese from the Wezenspyk farm, the fries from the Hemmer farm and the fish comes from the North Sea. The beef comes from the Hanenplas nature reserve, which is grazed by Black Angus cattle. Sustainable pavilion The beach pavilion was completely newly built a few years ago, using sustainable materials. The space is heated by a pellet stove and the kitchen is fully electric. All waste is separated and to avoid unnecessary waste, we cook from head to tail.
