Handmade ice cream? Yes, even on Texel! Labora uses fresh milk and cream, from our own dairy cows that graze outside in the pasture, as the basis for our delicious ice cream. If the weather permits, the cows walk outside for at least 8 months a year in the meadow in the middle of the nature reserve 'De Roggesloot'. Here you will find the peace and quiet that makes the Texel Noordkop so unique. Labora only works with natural ingredients and as much as possible with genuine Texel products and you can taste that!
