Boutique Apartments Koogerend are located on the edge of Den Burg, the largest village on Texel. Every Monday morning there is a weekly market on the Groeneplaats. Around Den Burg you will find a beautiful cultural-historical landscape with sheep pens and garden walls. There are various hiking trails here. Den Burg is also a great starting point for cycling tours across the island. From the hotel you can cycle to the North Sea beach in about 20 minutes.
