De Pelikaan Apartments is located on the edge of the Duinen van Texel National Park, on the west side of Texel. You can walk straight into the forest from your apartment. You can cycle to the wide North Sea beach within 10 minutes. Beautiful cycling and walking routes run through the National Park, which stretches from the southern tip to the lighthouse. There are also several bridle paths in the forest. The seaside resort of De Koog is 2 kilometers away and Den Burg is more than 5 kilometers away.
