The yurts of Texelyurts are located in the dunes at the Loodsmansduin dune camping site, in the south of Texel. Beautifully situated in the middle of the Duinen van Texel National Park, which covers the entire west coast, including the forest. With cycling and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, it is a great base to discover Texel. Nature in the southern tip of the island is unspoiled and rugged. From the yurt you cycle within 10 minutes - through dune area - to the wide North Sea beach. South of Loodsmansduin you will find nature reserve De Geul and below it the Horsmeertjes. The artist village of Den Hoorn is 700 meters away. Here you will find beautiful facades, galleries and a supermarket.
