Sustainability and 'upcycling' play an important role at this freely accessible festival. Upcycling is the term for the process in which every raw material and every material is fully reused, without losing its value. Or actually even increases in value.

Waddenhaven beach

The Beach Food Festival is held on the beach in the Waddenhaven. It is about 15 minutes by bike from the ferry port. Or take the shuttle bus, which will drop you off directly at the festival site.
