In 10 minutes you walk into the cozy Dorpsstraat with plenty of shops and restaurants. The seaside resort is adjacent to an extensive dune area, forest and farmlands. It is an excellent base for discovering Texel's nature: the De Nederlanden, De Muy and De Slufter nature reserves are in the vicinity. You can enjoy walking and cycling on the wide path from De Nederlanden to De Slufter. Within 10 minutes you can cycle to the vast North Sea beach. You can rent bicycles in the village. In the area you will also find museums, riding stables and an indoor swimming paradise.

De kamer was erg netjes ingericht en we hadden geen last van de andere gasten/inwoners. Ik let zelf erg op hygiëne en ik was positief verrast dat de ruimtes zo schoon waren, inclusief het bed. De lakens hadden een frisse geur en het matras lag ook erg prettig (ik heb zelf een heel comfortabel matras en ben daar best picky in). Prima prijs/kwaliteit, heel rustig gelegen en er zijn 2 supermarkten op loopafstand (nog geen 5 minuten lopen). Een echte aanrader!
