The small-scale Waddenpark Avanti with various holiday homes is rurally located in polder Het Noorden. You live here on the east side of Texel, 500 meters from the Waddenzee. You are surrounded by peace, space and nature here. Walk to the Waddendijk and enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the Wad and the fascinating tidal movements in peace. Take a look at the nature reserves Utopia, de Schorren, de Bol, Waagejot and Zeeburg, which are important breeding and foraging areas for thousands of, often rare birds. At night it is still really dark on the east side of Texel. Countless stars can be seen in clear weather. The villages of Oosterend and De Cocksdorp are located at a distance of approximately 4.5 kilometers from Avanti. The beach at the lighthouse is 10 minutes away by car. The houses at Waddenpark Avanti vary in size. The park is built in such a way that you have an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature from almost all homes.
