De Cocksdorp is the most northern village on Texel. The wide sandy beach at the Lighthouse of Texel and the well-known nature reserve De Slufter are within cycling distance of the village. This lovely B&B with a single and a double room is located in a quiet street, directly behind the village center. Supermarket, bakery, catering and bicycle rental are within walking distance. Various walking and cycling routes start from De Cocksdorp through nature reserves such as Krimbos, National Park Duinen van Texel, De Schorren and the Eierland dunes.
