This modern semi-detached holiday home with a large garden is located on the edge of the forest, on the west side of Texel. Surrounded by the nature of the Duinen van Texel National Park, with beautiful cycling and walking paths. The North Sea beach at Paal 17 is 2.5 kilometers away. The seaside resort of De Koog is also 2.5 kilometers away. You will find plenty of restaurants, terraces and shops here. In the vicinity are museums, riding schools and an indoor swimming paradise.

How nice that you have plans to come to Texel! I am Sigrid Slegh-Collou, born and raised on Texel. After having lived in other places in the Netherlands and Austria for a few years, I returned to my roots where I, now with family, fully enjoy island life. In 2016 I set up Rental Service Texel so that I can let you enjoy our beautiful island.

Tips from the host

The offer on our Wadden Island is extensive and it is therefore impossible to name all the gems of the island here. To help you on your way, I have listed a few tips below. But the best advice I can give you: come to Texel, experience, discover and experience the island feeling and before you know it you will also have lost your heart to our island! My gems for you: 1. Knapsack tour from Schapenbedrijf De Waddel 2. Cycle path "behind diek" along the Wadden Sea 3. Ice cream and brownies from Novalishoeve 4. Sales stalls along roads and (bicycle) paths.
