Holiday home Paal 86 is located in the northern part of Texel, in the middle of the Eierland polder. At a distance of about 3 kilometers, along the dike on the east side, the Vogelboulevard, a series of nature reserves within the dike, where many birds forage and rest. From the road you have a good view of these areas. On the west side you will find the Duinen van Texel National Park, which offers beautiful cycling and walking paths. The well-known nature reserve De Slufter is also located a few kilometers from De Vrijheid. The northern part of Texel is popular with bird watchers and guests looking for peace and quiet. The nearest village is De Cocksdorp. Here you will find restaurants, terraces, some shops and a supermarket.
