The modern living room has a smart TV and pellet fireplace. There is a dining area with a cozy round dining table for 4 people. The living space is directly connected to the terrace through the sliding doors. The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There are two bedrooms on the top floor. The "master bedroom" is very spacious, with two French doors, each with a French balcony, this bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds with a double top mattress. You will also find a coffee corner in the bedroom, so that you can wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee with the beautiful view of the sheep and meadows. The second bedroom also has 2 single box-spring beds. The beds are made up as standard. The spacious bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. This holiday home has a sunny garden with a south-facing terrace with a lovely canopy. Garden furniture and a parasol is available.

Spacious, small and intimate 5-star park on the edge of the forest between Den Burg and seaside resort De Koog. Shared covered bicycle shed with charging option for electric bicycles. Two houses are energy neutral and one of the holiday homes is completely gas-free. The solar panel field (completely hidden from view) provides the houses with electricity and hot water. Barrel sauna for common use. Charging station for electric cars for common use.
Location
Wulpenweid has a rural location on the west side of the island, close to the Duinen van Texel National Park. You have an unobstructed view over the fields and walk into the forest. Here an extensive network of cycling and walking routes begins throughout the National Park. The extensive North Sea beach is 3 kilometers away. The seaside resort of De Koog is 4 kilometers away. Here you will find various restaurants, terraces, shops and supermarkets. In the vicinity are various attractions, such as museums and viewpoints.

A washing machine and dryer are available. Pellet pellets for the pellet fireplace are available as standard. There is a private parking space. The ground floor has underfloor heating. This holiday home is sustainable and energy neutral through the use of solar panels, a solar boiler and extra insulation measures. For children there is a playing field with play equipment and a seesaw seal. You can also use the "Fietsenboetje", a closed shed for bicycles including an electricity connection. On the lawn is a Barrel sauna for common use with a panoramic view over the Texel farmlands. There is also a charging station for electric cars for common use.
