The renovated, authentic farmhouse Vigilant is located in picturesque Den Hoorn, in the south of Texel. The artists' village with cozy streets is located on the edge of the Duinen van Texel National Park and is surrounded by bulb fields and dunes. Nature in the south of Texel is rugged and unspoilt. In the De Bollenkamer nature reserve, between Den Hoorn and the wide North Sea beach at a distance of 2.3 kilometers, you can walk between exmoor ponies and Scottish highlanders. The largest village, Den Burg, is about 5 kilometers away. The vast sandbank De Hors can be found 4 kilometers from your apartment. There are several restaurants and a supermarket in the area.

Sehr gute Lageals Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. 2,5 km zum Strand, 6 km nach Den Burg und ca. 10 km nach De Koog.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist sehr durchdacht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in dem wunderschönen Ort den Hoorn. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
