Apartment in an authentic farmhouse in the quiet Den Hoorn
Apartment 2 consists of two floors. The apartment is simple, but well cared for with a view of the garden and a private terrace on the shared, large garden. On the ground floor there is a bright living room with a sitting area with TV and a dining area. The open kitchen has a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and Nespresso machine. There is a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor there is another bedroom with three single beds. This apartment has a terrace. Garden furniture is available.

Location
This renovated farmhouse is located in the middle of the artists' village of Den Hoorn, on the south side of Texel. The village is located on the edge of a vast dune area and is surrounded by bulb fields. Den Hoorn has a lot to offer when it comes to art, culture and culinary enjoyment. Within walking distance of your apartment you will find galleries, a theater restaurant and the famous reformed church with a white tower. Nature lovers can also indulge themselves here: the beautiful dune area De Geul and the extensive sandbank De Hors are in the area. From the farmhouse you can cycle to the wide North Sea beach within 10 minutes. A supermarket, including butcher and fresh baker and bicycle rental are within walking distance.

Texel is a vibrant island. There are many activities throughout the year. Unique sports events, culinary activities to the best music festivals. Of course a visit to famous scenic spots such as the Slufter nature reserve, the Lighthouse and Ecomare are more than worthwhile.
