Familiehuis Smit is a 12-person semi-detached holiday home. The holiday homes Texel and De Muy together form family home Smit due to the open partition wall. In the cozy living room you will find 2 flat screen TVs with an extensive channel package (also with German channel package), a radio and 2 extensive kitchens with, among other things, a dishwasher, a combi microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, a kettle, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee maker. On the ground floor is a bedroom, 1 bathroom with rain shower and 2 separate toilets. On the upper floor there are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, both with a rain shower and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have comfortable box-spring beds with duvets and pillows. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV. This holiday home has a terrace with garden furniture.

Location
Zevenbergen is located with all its accommodations in Eierland; the northern part of Texel. They are the ideal starting point to discover the nearby nature reserves De Slufter and De Muy. These are part of the Duinen van Texel National Park. Beautiful hiking trails run through these areas with dunes and salt marshes and the adjacent cycle path takes you through the dunes to the lighthouse and the beaches, from north to south. The pleasant villages of De Cocksdorp and De Koog are both only 5 km away. "Zevenbergen" is centrally located on the island, so you can easily make trips all over the island, such as the Labora Ice Farm, De Texelse golf course, the lighthouse, a visit to the Texel villages or the Aviation and War Museum. You can use the washing machine and dryer in the central laundry room for free. There is a playing field with, among other things, a sandbox, playhouses, football goals, a trampoline and a table tennis table that provide hours of fun. The houses are connected by means of a (sliding) partition. All houses are smoke and pet free. Due to the nature of all our holiday homes and family structure, our houses are not suitable for groups and young people up to and including 30 years of age, families are very welcome for a pleasant stay with us at Zevenbergen.

We are Marcel and Sandy Smit and together we run “Zevenbergen” on the Postweg in Polder Eierland. We grow different types of tulips, crocuses, sugar beets and grain on the extensive fields. Together we have three children: Melanie, Wesley and Mike. Family, company, camping, bungalow, family houses and holiday homes are an ideal combination for us.
