Location: 
Texel is a beautiful holiday island with different landscapes. You will find many farmlands in the middle of the island. This apartment is located in a farm surrounded by meadows with horses and other animals. Den Burg - the 'capital' of Texel - is 1.5 kilometers from the farm. In the cozy center you will find nice shops, restaurants, historic buildings and an enchanting museum. The village is located at the foot of the Hoge Berg nature reserve, the oldest part of Texel. In this green area you can walk or cycle between typical Texel garden walls and sheep fines. The vast forest area is located on the west side of Den Burg. The wide North Sea beach is 6 kilometers from your apartment.

Layout:
The living room has a sitting area with TV and a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (French bed). In the other bedroom there is 1 bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
This apartment has its own enclosed garden.

Extras:
Free WIFI. Parking space next to the garden. It is possible to rent bicycles from the owner. The owner has his own guest house. If you want to bring your horse (s), please contact us. Dressage, jumping and eventing lessons can be discussed and are given by the owner (all-round instructor).

Particularities:
Dogs on a leash in the yard because of other animals, such as ducks, chickens and rabbits. The dogs may run free in the lockable garden.
The owner has no loan horses.
