This detached holiday home is quietly located just outside De Cocksdorp. In the youngest and most northerly village of Texel, 1.5 kilometers from your holiday home, you will find a bicycle rental, the Vogelinformatiecentrum (Bird Information Center) and a number of extensive specialty shops. You can cycle to the lighthouse within 10 minutes. The dune area around the lighthouse, part of the Duinen van Texel National Park, is challenging and offers shelter to many bird species. There are many beautiful walking routes. There are regular birding excursions. In the immediate vicinity you will find IJsboerderij Labora (ice cream farm) and the 18-hole Golf Course De Texelse. The beach at paal 28 is 2 kilometers away.

Ein gemütliches Häuschen

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir fühlen uns ausgesprochen wohl dort und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Die Lage war wunderbar. Von da aus haben wir wunderbare Wanderungen gemacht. Auch bei grosser Hitze konnten wir mit unserem Hund durch den direkt angrenzenden Wald laufen. Die Gastgeber waren immer um unser Wohl besorgt aber nicht aufdringlich!
