Semi-detached holiday home Noordstar is situated in a rural area, about 3 kilometers outside Oosterend. Next to it is a farm where cattle breeding, arable farming and contract work are carried out. The east side of the island has farmlands and various nature reserves that are an important breeding and foraging place for countless birds. A holiday on this side of Texel means enjoying peace and space, getting some fresh air and spotting birds. The Waddendijk (wadden dike) is 4 kilometers away. The cycle path along the dyke takes you past Utopia and Wagejot bird reserves. In the characteristic center of Oosterend, with picturesque streets and alleys with beautiful, old facades, you will find a few shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket.
