The detached holiday home is located on the edge of the village De Koog in the quiet street Orchismient, with woods, dunes, beach and sea within walking distance. But also the center of De Koog is within walking distance.
The holiday home has a large enclosed garden and a private parking space. The holiday home is entirely on the ground floor.
The holiday home has 5 bedrooms (total 9 sleeping places). There are two spacious master bedrooms, one of which is a new modern bedroom for 2 people with a luxurious, new bathroom with bath, toilet, shower and sink.
There are also 2 (children's) bedrooms; 1 bedroom has 2 separate beds, the other bedroom has a single bed and a trundle, so that 1 or 2 people can sleep there; there is also 1 bedroom with 1 single bed.
The 2nd bathroom has a shower, a sink with cupboards and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet in the hall.
In the bright living room is a fireplace (wood fired), the dining table adjoins the extensive kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob).
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Pets are welcome in our house (maximum 2, more are on request).
