Location:
This detached holiday home is quietly situated at the end of a dead-end street, on the edge of seaside resort De Koog. Various restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bike rental shops can be found at 800 metres distance. Very close to the wood. Within 15 minutes walking distance from the North Sea beach. The beautiful nature reserves De Nederlanden and De Muy are in the vicinity.
Layout:
There is a spacious hall. In the living room you find a seating area with a gas fireplace, flat screen UHD tv, DAB radio with a CD player and sliding doors to the terrace. The kitchen diner is equipped with a 6 burner gas stove including oven, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso and a large dining area. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a tv. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin combination and a toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with each two single beds, a tv and a washbasin combination. In one of the bedrooms a cot is available. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The holiday home is surrounded by a garden. There is a spacious terrace facing southwest. Garden furniture is present.
Extras:
Free Wi-Fi. There is a Netflix account available that you can fully use. Family games are present. Because of the awning there is ample shadow on the terrace. To store your bicycles and other things there is a lockable shed. You have two parking spaces.
Specifics:
Young people under the age of 25 are welcome if the parents are present during the entire stay.
You should provide the bedlinen for the cot yourself.
There is hardly any car traffic, only residents who travel by car.

Hagen, October 2018Ein phantastisches Haus in einer tollen Lage. Sehr sauber! Perfekt ausgestattet und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Sessel sind so bequem, dass man gar nicht mehr aufstehen möchte. Sehr sympathische Vermieter. Wir fahren seit Jahrzehnten nach Texel - dieses Haus ist nun ein neuer Spitzenreiter!

Karlsruhe, August 2018Am Rande des Feriendorfs, relativ ruhig trotz Nähe zum Campingplatz. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat sich hier Mühe gegeben und das merkt man. Es war alle sehr sauber und wir haben uns schnell sehr wohl gefühlt.

Münster, July 2018Ganz neu renoviertes Haus. Sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Nicht die üblichen billigen Möbel, sondern wertig auf hohem Qualitätsniveau. Die Kleinigkeiten zeigen, dass die Vermieter einem wirklich einen tollen Urlaub ermöglichen wollen und nicht nur auf das schnelle Geld aus sind: Kindergeschirr und -besteck, ein bezahlter Netflix-account, schnelles und stabiles WLAN, ein richtiges Kinderbett - nicht nur ein Reisebettchen, Hocker für die Kleinen zum Zähneputzen, eine Nespresso-Maschine, hochwertige Matratzen, günstige Preise bei zerbrochenen Gläsern, ... Besonders toll fanden wir die Reaktion, als wir höflich nach einem zweiten Kinderbett gefragt haben, weil wir eben zwei kleine Kinder haben: ohne Zögern haben die Vermieter innerhalb von Stunden ein zweites Bett gekauft, uns Bilder geschickt und gefragt, ob das so ausreichend sei... einfach liebenswert! Dazu eine tolle Lage, ein Abstellschuppen für sämtliche Räder, eine elektrische Markise, ein gemauerter Grill, eine kostenlose Waschmaschine nebst Trockener, .... Was will man mehr? Und nicht zu vergessen: Blitzsauber!

Duisburg, May 2018Alles war adrett, sauber und modern. Die Küche war sehr funktionell, mit allen Geräten und viel schönem Geschirr, einladend und vollständig eingerichtet. Alles lud zum Kochen und gemeinsamen Essen ein.
