This studio is located at the back of the owner's house. It is a wonderful holiday accommodation with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen worktop with sink, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, combi microwave, fridge with small freezer and kitchen utensils. The living room has a midcentury inspired interior. Here is a 2 person sofa, armchair and dining room table with two chairs. The living room has underfloor heating, electric heating (for extra warmth in winter), WIFI, two skylights for extra daylight and French doors to the outdoor terrace for a wonderful holiday feeling. There is also a lot of storage space in the living room. From the living room you can go through a door to the entrance hall of the studio. Here is space to hang coats and put shoes. In the entrance hall there is also access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink with mirror. Above the kitchen, the folding staircase leads to the sleeping loft (see photos). The stairs are steep and narrow. The sleeping loft is suitable for two people and has a skylight and a folding window with a view of the garden. There are also several sockets in the loft for charging telephones, laptops or connecting your own alarm clock. The light in the loft can be easily operated from the bed with a light switch. Please note: due to the small stairs to the sleeping loft, the studio is not suitable for the disabled or people with walking difficulties. Overnight stays are without breakfast.
