De Koog is the bustling seaside resort of the holiday island of Texel. Only a forest edge and a row of sand separates the village from the beach. This bed and breakfast is quietly situated on a dead end street in De Koog, within walking distance of the cozy Dorpsstraat with nice shops and good restaurants. The guest room is on the top floor. From this bed and breakfast you can enjoy nature: within 5 minutes you can cycle on the wide North Sea beach or between the galloway cattle and sheep in the nature area De Nederlanden. The wide bicycle path in the area continues to the special nature reserve De Slufter.

Weer ontzettend genoten!

We werden weer hartelijk ontvangen. Fijne, complete kamer met koelkast op de overloop (deze deel je met de gasten van de andere kamer) en heerlijke bedden. Iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt. Kamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt en de handdoeken bijgevuld. Locatie is perfect, je loopt zo naar het strand en naar de winkels en restaurants. Je hebt een eigen ingang. We hebben er totaal geen problemen mee wanneer er ook andere gasten zijn, maar we merkten wel dat je je vrijer voelt wanneer de andere kamer niet bezet is.

werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen en voelden ons gelijk thuis. Lekker Hollands ontbijt en je mocht zelfs nog wat voor onderweg klaarmaken en meenemen, onze gastvrouw had zelfs aan de plastic lunchzakjes gedacht. er was een gedeelde koelkast, glazen, en je kon zelf nog koffie/thee maken op de kamer. douche/wc in 1 ruimte maar dat functioneerde ook prima, we hadden gezellige buren die ook flexibel waren. Kortom, prima verblijf, in rustige straat en uiterst vriendelijke gastvrouw! ga zo door!
