This apartment is located in the residential area of a horse farm, on the outskirts of De Cocksdorp. This is the youngest village on Texel. You will find a number of extensive specialty shops, restaurants and bicycle rental Van der Linde. From your apartment you can cycle to the symbol of Texel: the lighthouse within 10 minutes. The beach around the lighthouse is impressively wide and offers a great view of the Wadden and North Sea. Seals regularly lie on the waterfront. Nature reserve De Slufter is located in the vicinity. You will also find De Texelse golf course, IJsboerderij Labora (ice Farm) and Paracentrum Texel in the vicinity.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. De bewoners van de stoeterij zelf, waar het appartement onderdeel van is, hebben geen respect voor de huurders. Verbouwingen, herrie. Geluidsoverlast en gebrek aan privacy

Zutphen, September 2022

Hun zoontje liep bij ons naar binnen. Hun honden liepen los op het terrein waardoor onrust en geblaf van onze honden. De oprijlaan werd verbouwd waardoor veel herrie vanaf 7.00 uur en we moesten de auto maar buiten het terrein neerzetten. Dat werd voor ons gesleep met spullen. Het huis werd geschilderd direct naast ons terras. Twee Polen die met ons mee konden genieten. Erg vervelend allemaal. Verder moet er echt een hoe komen voor de openslaande deur. Ontzettend veel vliegen binnen elke dag (paarden en mest in de buurt) En het aantal kopjes, borden, bestek was onvoldoende.

Das Objekt ist sehr modern eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort pudelwohl. Das 2te Schlafzimmer wird leider eher wie eine Abstellkammer genutzt und riecht auch so. Deshalb würde ich es maximal für 2 Erwachsene mit einem kleinen Kind empfehlen. Die Reinigung erfolgte nur oberflächlich bezüglich der vielen Fliegen, Mücken und Spinnen. Hier sollte man sich entsprechendes Sprey mitbringen. Über die Lage auf dem Pferdehof haben wir uns bei der Buchung sehr gefreut.
