Location:
Holiday island Texel has seven villages, each with its own character. De Koog is the seaside resort of the Wadden Island. Only a row of dunes separates the village from the beach. In the cozy village center you will find nice shops, a kiosk for beach equipment and restaurants. This apartment is on the first floor of a building with four other apartments in De Koog. Due to the favorable location of your apartment you cycle within a few minutes - through residential area, forest and dunes - to the wide North Sea beach. Of course you also want to see seals. You can admire the animals up close at the seal sanctuary Ecomare, 2.5 km from your apartment. Subtropical swimming paradise Calluna is located in the area.

Layout:
The living room has a sitting area with TV. There is also a dining area. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with 2 singel boxspring beds (90 x 200). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and separate wash basin.
This apartment has a balcony.

Wifi. When renting bed linen, the beds are made for you. There is a shed with washing machine and dryer.

Particularities:
Young people are also rented in consultation. Celebrating youngsters are not welcome due to nuisance.
