Description
Location:
Villahof Tessel is a small-scale villa park located on the edge of the popular seaside resort of De Koog, directly on the Kogerbos. Thanks to the park's convenient location, you can enjoy peace and space and yet you are close to the pleasant village center with many nice shops, terraces and restaurants. From the center you can walk straight to the wide North Sea beach for walking, sunbathing, kite flying and swimming. For those who find the sea water too cold, a dip in the subtropical swimming paradise Calluna is a good alternative. Around De Koog you will find beautiful nature reserves with beautiful hiking trails, such as De Nederlanden, De Muy and Waalenburg.
Layout:
In the living room there is a sitting area with TV, DVD player and radio / CD player. The open kitchen has an integrated hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, senseo, toaster and a spacious dining area. There is a bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a shower and small sauna. The toilet is separate.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with 3 single box spring beds. The second bathroom has a bathtub. The toilet is separate.
The storage room is equipped with washing machine and dryer.
The garden of this villa offers a lot of privacy. There are two terraces with garden furniture.
Extras:
Free WIFI. This holiday home has underfloor heating on the ground floor. Vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are present. Children's furniture available. You have your own parking space.
The park has a playground and sandwich service.
Particularities:
CARA friendly. Young people under the age of 21 are welcome if the parents are present for the entire period.
