Your detached holiday home is in a rural location, on the edge of the polder and nature reserve Waalenburg. This is central to the island. Cycling and walking paths run through the old polder. The beautiful bike path the Waalenburgerdijkje starts a few hundred meters from your holiday home. This cycle path takes you from De Koog, over an old dike around the polder, to Den Burg. The pleasant village center of the seaside resort of De Koog is 3 kilometers away. Here you will find nice shops, restaurants, bicycle rental and supermarkets. The wide North Sea beach is a 10-minute bike ride away. Nature reserves De Nederlanden and De Muy are in the vicinity.

Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ruhig aber doch nicht zu weit weg vom Ort.

Wij misten wel een paar dingen in de keuken (oven mixer) En de badkamer is wel aan een update toe. Maar de beheerders waren erg behulpzaam, En waren ook altijd gemakkelijk bereikbaar.
