The other two bedrooms each have 2 single box-spring beds, a smart LED TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The toilet is separate. Villa De Zandkes has a garden with a spacious south-facing terrace. Garden furniture is available.

Bungalow park 't Hoogelandt is quietly located on the edge of National Park Dunes of Texel, on the west side. This nature reserve covers the entire dune area of Texel, including the forest. The bungalow park borders the forest area. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails run through the National Park. You can reach the vast North Sea beach within 5 minutes by bike. The seaside resort of De Koog is 3 kilometers away and the largest village on Texel, Den Burg, is about 4.5 kilometers away. Both have a pleasant center with shops, restaurants and terraces. There are several places of interest in the immediate vicinity, such as the Ecomare and Flora museums.

Außerhalb, lange Wege zum Einkaufen. Einrichtung und Ausstattung waren sehr gut und ihren Preis wert.

De Zandkes.Het vakantiehuis is prachtig gelegen en heeft goede voorzieningen. We voelden ons daar op ons gemak. Wat betreft de "zorgvuldige" schoonmaak door de aanbieder moet ik het volgende zeggen: badkamers en bedden waren in orde, zoals je zou verwachten. De vloeren waren slechts ruwweg schoongemaakt. De ramen hadden strepen en vingerafdrukken van vorige huurders. In de keuken vonden we vuile borden, de broodrooster was vies, we moesten de pannen en bakplaten en de thee- en koffiepot grondig schoonmaken voordat we hem gebruikten. De open haard, zoals online beschikbaar, bestaat niet meer. Gelieve dit te corrigeren. We kwamen vrijdag pas om 16.30 uur aan, dus we konden niet telefonisch klagen over de defecten. De schoonmaak hebben we zelf gedaan tot maandag. Dat was jammer. Voor een eindschoonmaak van 130€, die onze voorgangers zeker moesten betalen, mag men een betere kwaliteit verwachten. Twee keer zo erg. Toch komen we terug naar Texel. Daarvoor is het eiland gewoon te mooi. Tot de volgende keer.

Wat een heerlijk plek op Texel

Het huis is fantastisch en heel compleet ingericht. Er is genoeg servies, glazen en scherpe messen. Comfortabele meubelen en een gezellige sfeer. De tafel buiten is een heerlijke plek om te eten, spelletjes te doen of gewoon te borrelen. Het huis is ruim genoeg voor 8 personen, je loopt elkaar niet in de weg. We hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf in de Zandkes, we komen graag terug.
